LA Insider Tours is committed to providing you with an enjoyable and memorable experience, however, our number one priority is your safety and welfare. LA Insider Tours has taken extra measures to ensure your safety through extensive training of its Tour Leaders and developing clear policies and regulations. Our leaders have received education regarding state and federal regulations relating to operating our vehicles safely and possess specific certifications for driving commercially with safety as a priority. Tour Leaders are forbidden to use their phone any time the vehicle is in motion. This company policy also extends to any other activity that would distract the Tour Leader from driving.
Although LA Insider Tours has taken reasonable steps to provide our guests with skilled tour leaders so they can enjoy an activity for which they may not be skilled, no activity is without risk. Certain risks are inherent in each activity and cannot be eliminated without destroying their unique character. These inherent risks can be the cause of loss of or damage to equipment, accidentally injury, and illness or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. LA Insider Tours believes it is important for its clients to know in advance what to expect and to be informed of inherent risks.
The activities undertaken on this tour may contain other unknown or unanticipated inherent risks may result in injury or death. LA Insider Tours disclaims responsibility for the activities its clients choose to participate in, and these clients accept full responsibility for risks identified herein and any inherent risks not specifically identified. Any participation in any activity is purely voluntary, and is at the sole election of the participant in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks.

LA Insider Tours and its respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, actso of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. LA Insider Tours is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours or trips arranged by LA Insider Tours. Individual travellers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
By agreeing to participate in a tour with LA Insider Tours, you consent to the use of your image and/or videos that may be taken during your tour in the marketing and promotional materials of LA Insider Tours, including but not limited to website, social media, print advertising, email advertising, brochures, television advertising, radio advertising, business cards, and any other promotional material at the discretion of LA Insider Tours.
