Coronavirus Temporary Policy for Tours From February 29 to August 31
Until further notice all reservations made after February 27th, 2020, and scheduled on or before August 31, 2020, will be subject to free cancellation with a 24 hour advance notice.
TOURS AFTER APRIL 1:
Your tour is fully refundable up to 10 days before your tour date. If you cancel less than 10 days before your tour date, your tour is refundable less a 25% fee. This fee is required to recoup our losses from holding the date for your reservation.
Tours cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Tours for Cruise Ship Port of Call or LAX Layovers may be cancelled for a full refund 12 hours before the tour if due to flight or cruise ship delays. No-shows without prior call or cancellation 12 hours prior shall be refunded less a $100 fee if the no-show was due to flight or cruise ship delay.
